Arturo Antonio Szymanski Ramírez, (born January 17, 1922) is a Mexican prelate of the Roman Catholic Church.
Ramirez was born in Tampico and ordained a priest on March 22, 1947 . Ramirez was appointed Coadjutor Bishop of the Diocese of San Andrés Tuxtla as well as titular bishop of Cerasus on April 20, 1960 and was ordained bishop on June 21, 1960. Ramirez Succeeded bishop Jesús Villareal y Fierro a short time after his death on March 21, 1965 to the Diocese of San Andrés Tuxtla. On August 13, 1968 Ramirez was appointed bishop of the Diocese of Tampico he would remain at the Tampico diocese until 1987. Ramirez was appointed archbishop of the Archdiocese of San Luis Potosí on January 27, 1987 where he would remain until his retirement on January 20, 1999.
